House Cleaning Tips – How to Clean a House Step by Step

Cleaning houses can be a difficult task and one that can be difficult to learn for a new cleaner. Sure, most people can always get the job sorted, but is it good enough and how long has it taken? That's the question. Nobody wants to spend more hours to clean a house because they did not know where to start or how to start properly.

Clearly the bigger the house the longer it takes it by knowing how to clean quickly and efficiently is definitely a bonus for clean cleaners, whether it's your own house or anyone else.

Cleaning houses means that there must be some agency in the job, otherwise there is a lot of time wasting running over and over between work and between rooms.

The First Step Before You Begin

The first step in cleaning a house is to be ready and have the right tools and products to work. It's amazing how much longer it can take when the wrong tools are used to complete the task. Use wrong lotions and beverages for example, could not work on your hand and also using wrong products on the wrong surfaces could prevent disaster. Can you imagine using strong cleaners on a nice wooden cabinet? Ouch, no it would not be good at all!

Another step to get started.

Working in a dirty home is necessary.

Now that you are organized with your tools and cleaners, the second job is to organize a neat house without clutter. If this job is left for you, you might like to grab a big strong beaker and go through the house and throw it all in. If you have teenagers, you might probably even have a bag for each room and then they can be sorted out later.

Start the cleaning project.

With clean houses and the right equipment, you are on your way for better and faster cleaning. I like to start with a bedroom as the rooms are usually not so dirty and I've even made myself feel like I've achieved something for my effort. I focus on the bathrooms. These rooms can be very hard to clean as they are often the most dirtiest rooms in the house. After years of experience, I have learned to spray the dishes with cleaners before cleaning my bedroom. Thus, the cleaner has the opportunity to work on dirt and soap.

From the bathrooms I go into the living room and finally the kitchen.

The kitchen always needs a lot of work because it's where food is ready and for some time or another, all members of the household come into this room and make a mess. Fortunately, some clean up afterwards, but some do not. I like to clean through the microwave, other kitchen appliances and then the stove. After all these jobs have finished, I am then cleaning the bench and the closet and finish cleaning the floor.

By using the system to clear one room at a time, the option is that if you do not have enough time to complete the entire house at a time, you will know where to pick up next. The best tip I can give to anyone who wants to learn how to clean a house quickly and efficiently is to plan right at the start. Even pointing to having the written checklist.
